What 3TR Media Reporting is

3TR Media Reporting is a private tool built and used by 3TR Media staff. Its purpose is to help us decide what pages and content our own website should have, and to measure how our own advertising performs. We use it to find out what businesses and people in Utah County actually search for on Google, so that we can build helpful pages that answer those searches.

It is not a public product. There are no customer or visitor accounts, and nothing on this website requires you to sign in.

What the app does

• Keyword research. It retrieves keyword ideas and search-volume estimates from Google Keyword Planner through the Google Ads API, so we can plan our website's pages and content around real search demand.
• Reporting. It reads performance reports from 3TR Media's own Google Ads account for our internal reporting.
• Read-only use. We use the app to read information only. We do not use it to create or change campaigns, bids, or budgets.

Why the app asks for access to Google data

To retrieve this information, an authorized 3TR Media account owner signs in with Google and grants the app access to 3TR Media's Google Ads account, using the permission https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. Google requires this permission for all Google Ads API access, including read-only reports and Keyword Planner. We request nothing beyond what the app needs to do the two jobs described above.

Who can use it

Only authorized 3TR Media staff. We never ask visitors, customers, or the public to sign in with Google or to connect their Google accounts, and we do not collect Google user data from the public.

How Google data is handled

• The app works only with data from our own Google accounts and properties.
• We do not sell Google user data, use it to serve ads, or use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
• The sign-in credential is stored in access-restricted files on our internal systems, never in our website code or public repositories.
• We keep data only as long as it is needed, and you can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3TR Media Reporting's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
